Metrust exists because your crypto should belong to you — not an exchange, not a company, not a server somewhere. We built a wallet that puts security and clarity first, without the clutter of apps that treat users like products.

• Encrypted computer backups — Export password-protected backup files to your Mac or PC for redundancy beyond your phone.
• Testnet-first learning — Built-in testnet mode so you can practice sends and dApp connections without risking real funds.
• No ads, no tracking — Metrust does not include analytics SDKs or sell your data.

Security philosophy

We believe security is a stack, not a checkbox:

1. Keys encrypted in the device secure enclave (Android Keystore)
2. Biometric confirmation for sends and sensitive actions
3. User-controlled encrypted backups — you choose where they live
4. Open, honest communication about what the app does and does not do

Metrust has not undergone a formal third-party security audit. We recommend starting with testnet and small amounts until you are comfortable with the app.
